OVERVIEW
01
CHALLENGES ELECTRICAL ASSETS OWNERS FACE
Electrical switchgears in switchroom distributes and provides power throughout buildings and facilities. Most electrical switchrooms are typically situated in obscure remote locations, often unmanned and out of sight & unattended - until a failure occurs.
Frequent spikes or prolonged raised temperatures on the surface of electrical components of electrical busbars and connecting joints of power distribution cables could be indications of impending faults and failures. They could potentially lead to power outages, downtime, loss of productivity, collateral damages and even arc flash, explosion and fire.
02
THE SOLUTION -
PYRO TMS
Better insights into the conditions of your electrical switchgears, from busbars, cables and connecting joints mean a heightened oversight and hardened condition monitoring of the entire building, facilities and equipment operations, continual productivity &availability, reduced maintenance frequency and better response time for early interventions before failures occur.
03
EFFECTIVE TEMPERATURE MONITORING
PYRO Thermal Monitoring System (TMS) provides you with critical insights, leveraging on essential data to assist in critical decision making. From monitoring &detecting abnormally high temperature, to showing thermal heat trend abnormities on a 24/7 basis, PYRO TMS is purposed designed to help ensure your electricalassets perform to its peak.
The system software’s predictive data analytics identify overheating risks of the power distribution networks and automatically alert facilities operators or managers to minimize outage and downtime. With built-in data collection features, the weekly, monthly or yearly heat signatures of every monitored electrical busbar, power cables and inter-connect joints can be assessed for pre-emptive intervention and/or maintenance planning.
PRODUCTS

PYROMiniBus
Non-contact Infra-Red sensors with Modbus RTU are placed in line of sight to the targeted electrical busbar surface’s hotspot. Both absolute surface and ΔT temperature measurements are captured and viewable on PYROTouch GUI display.

PYROSense
Cable Surface Sensors are strapped on to and measure temperatures of power cables. Abnormal temperature increases in power cables due to loosen or poor connections normally cause higher-than-normal heat signatures. PYROSense cable surface sensors measure sudden temperature rise and ΔT temperature increases.

PYROTouch
This 7” Touchscreen Display are Industrial grade PC, panel-mounted, IP65 Class, fanless cooling, pre-installed with Windows 10 PYROSoft TMS Software to provide on-site readings. The Ethernet ports allow for configuring to a system network and access by higher level Building or Facilities Management Systems. Each PYROTouch is able to connect and monitor up to 300 sensor points concurrently at a single site.

PYROSoft
PYROSoft is the intuitive analytic and predictive software powering the predictive 24/7 Pyro Thermal Monitoring System. PYROSoft delivers local site readings, log historical data of all monitored sensors, trigger preset temperature alarms, notify & pre-alert authorized user/manager of irregularities, and allows scheduled logging and export of csv data files.

PYROView
Most power distribution networks in buildings & facilities are designed to be spread out, distributed architecture and with various inter-connect and backup power supplies. The PYROView is a centralized Command Viewer software that connects multiple remote PYROTouch GUI devices, e.g., to a command and viewing room’s PC. This allows up to 40-50 remote sites of PYRO TMS (possibly 10,000 sensors) to be viewed and monitored online 24/7.
